"I know life has its demands, but I encourage you to at least take a little pastoral sign before pushing yourself into the next thing, and in that process questioning whether the push is an absolute necessity. Your system needs to rest."
I am feeling this from my Taurus Sun horoscopes too keenly right now... having just pushed to write a second, time-sensitive astro-essay this week, only to discover that I MIGHT have lost my entire photos library on my MacBook from the last ~10 years...
Ok, Mercury, yes, I should have heeded my computer's promptings to back it up, rather than stubbornly wanting to get a new external hard drive for that and then repeatedly forgetting to do so...
Fingers crossed that the computer-savvy friend I just texted will be able to explain what happened and how to restore things. But I have a huge, nagging feeling I might have overwritten something somewhere while I had an older photo library backup attached to this laptop this week, searching futilely to see if I might have a decent photo somewhere of a certain flag. :-(
Thank you, as always, for your sensitive, encouraging writing, Amanda!
(And I had no idea I was alerting you to a typo, LOL!)
FWIW, I corrected several things in my piece the day after. Like the fact that I'd left out a major connecting theme in the opening paragraphs, having forgotten by the end that I'd intended to fill it in... Ah, the joys of writing during a Mercury retrograde!

PASTORAL SIGH!
*sigh*
*corrects typo*
(thanks for that)
I hope your photos get recovered!
Thank you!
